Local goons from Ali Khali under Teknaf police station attempt to attack for money or valuable things on May 23, Rahaman, a refugee from Nayapara camp.

All Village Administration officers including village elders under the Border Guard Police of Burma (BGP) area No. 7, Maungdaw south were summoned for meeting on the present situation on May 20, Rukon, a village elder from Maungdaw said.

A  police officer in Buthidaung extorted money from local Rohingyas by giving accusation that they have link with Rohingya militants who had attacked BGP out-posts including headquarters on  9th October, 2016 in Maungdaw, Zabbar Ali from Buthidaung Town said.

Burmese soldiers raided the village of Tolatoli in Bolibazar of Maungdaw north on May 12, after firing randomly and arrested three innocent Rohingya youths without any allegation, a village elder Kasem from Tolatoli village said.
