Maungdaw, Arakan State: Two Rohingya students and two girls of a Natala village of Taungbro left under the Maungdaw Township, Arakan State fled to Bangladesh on September 27, said a relative of the students.

Maungdaw, Burma: Two Rohingya youths were looted by Natala villagers when they were going to Maungdaw Town from their village on a bicycle after crossing a Natala village, said a villager from the "Myaw Daung (Wabak)" village.

Akyab, Arakan State: The Burmese military junta and members of the United Solidarity Development Association (USDA) have warned all monasteries in Akyab not to allow young monks, called novices, to go out of the monasteries. The order came after authorities imposed curfew in Rangoon and Mandalay, said a resident in Akyab.
