Teknaf, Bangladesh: A group of delegates from USAID, RIB (Research Initiative Bangladesh), and some representatives of donor countries including the United Kingdom visited official refugee camps yesterday to observe the situation of refugees who have not received new sheds yet, said one of the schoolteachers from Nayapara camp.

Maungdaw, Arakan State: A Nasaka officer from Nasaka Area No. 6 of Maungdaw Township frequently goes to a local market named Kyauk Laggar and takes goods from the market without giving any money. When the shopkeepers ask for money, the officer beats them and returns to his camp, said one of the shopkeepers.

Maungdaw, Arakan State: Maungdaw Township General Administrator (earlier known as Mayaka in Burmese) U Aung Kyaw Oo on July 22 released an order against the Rohingya community calling them Bengalis, said a local elder from Maungdaw Town.
