Teknaf, Bangladesh: A Bangladeshi prisoner was handed over by the Nasaka (Burmese Border Security Force) in Maungdaw, Arakan, Burma, to the Thana Nirbayee Officer (TNO) (Township Controlling Officer), Teknaf in Cox’s Bazaar district,on April 10, reports our correspondent.
