Buthidaung, Burma: The UN World Food Programme (WFP) distributed rice among the villagers of Ka Gya Pet Kan Pyin village under Buthidaung Township, Arakan State, Burma on November 20.

Maungdaw, Burma:  The body of Abu Tayab (20), son of Nurul Hoque was found by villagers in forest Near Sensari Mru Para of Nasaka Araea No. 2 on November 24, at about 4 pm, said a close relative of the victim.

Kyaukpru, Arakan State:  Policemen raided a private clinic in Than Pain Chaung Ward of Kyaykpru Town, Burma on November 15, and seized some birth control tablets and injections considered contraband, according to official sources.

Kyauktaw, Arakan State:  The Burmese Army has been using forced labor from among Zee Chaung villagers of Kyauktaw Township since November second week for construction of a dam for generating hydro-electricity, according to official sources.

Bandar ban, Bangladesh: Arakan rebellion group killed three tribesmen on November 17, at night, at Thansi upazila in the Bandarban district of Chittagong Hill Tracts, said a villager on condition of anonymity for security reason.
